Identity activation requires verification. Check your registered email for a link from
email_verification@afrisovera.com. If the email is missing, visit your
Dashboard and click "Resend Email." Always check your spam or junk folder.
I forgot my passcode. What should I do? ▼
Visit the
Passcode Recovery page and enter your Sovereign Email. An encrypted reset link will be dispatched to your inbox. For security, these links expire after 1 hour.
How do I update my profile information? ▼
Once logged into the Hub, navigate to Account > Settings. From there, you can update your Full Name, Phone Number, Bio, and Avatar. Note that your Sovereign ID and Email are fixed for security.
How can I invest in AFRISOVERA projects? ▼
Direct property and infrastructure investment is currently restricted to verified citizens. Ensure your Sovereign ID is fully verified via email. Specific investment portals for City One will appear in your Command Center as they go live.
Why is my ⟡SOV Balance showing 0.00? ▼
Initial account balances are 0.00 until you "Key In" to an investment or receive an airdrop for community contribution. If you have recently made a transfer and it is not reflecting, please contact our Technical Team with your transaction reference.
