Everyone has a place in this plan
A city is not just its investors. The plan only works if it works for the young person who needs a first job, the family that needs to eat, the government that needs its people employed, and the partner who wants to do good and see it done well. So every one of them is designed in from the start.
The Diaspora Investor
You pool with others to own real assets back home — a home, a share of the mall, a farm plot — protected by stage-gated escrow and individual title. You stop sending money into a hole and start owning something that pays you back.

Afrisovera Builders takes an untrained young person, pays them from day one, certifies them (City & Guilds / NBTE), and guarantees a job on the very city they helped build. The training ground is the building site. Free housing for their first two years.

The project is built to plug into recognised job-and-skills frameworks (ITF training reimbursement, NEPZA zones, NIPC incentives, NDE and NGO youth-employment grants) — pathways we intend to pursue. A grant here doesn’t vanish; it buys a measurable, verifiable outcome: this many youths trained, this many jobs, this much food.

Talent Kids get the labs, studios, workshops, mentors and freedom to chase any dream — because if you can dream it, you can build it. Africans are not what the world programmed us to believe. Give these minds the tools and they will land on the moon, invent technology that changes how the world thinks, and prove a continent’s genius — a breath of fresh air the whole planet feels.

Our Greatest Resource
Our Population Is Not Our Weakness. Managed Well, It Is Our Strength.
For a generation we have been told that Africa’s young, fast-growing population is a burden — too many mouths, too few jobs, a crisis waiting to happen. That is only true when a nation leaves its youth idle. Put the very same young people through training, hand them tools and a guaranteed job, and organise them around a plan, and that “burden” becomes the most powerful engine any economy can have: millions of hands that want to build.
The world has already seen this proven at scale. China took the largest population on earth — once described as its greatest liability — and, through training, infrastructure and manufacturing, turned it into the workforce that lifted roughly 800 million people out of poverty in a single generation. They did not wait to be rescued. They organised their people, built their industry, and made what the world needed. Nothing about that formula is Chinese, or Western, or anyone’s secret. It is simply what happens when a nation decides its people are an asset and puts them to work.
Afrisovera is that decision, made by us, for us. Every phase on the map above is a wave of jobs and a wave of skills — and the young person who had nothing to do on Monday is, by the plan, the certified tradesperson building the city on Friday. We are not waiting for a saviour or a handout. We are working our way to the full potential that was always in us — and inviting everyone, of every background, who wants to help us do it.

From bush to city — the story we are filming
This is the arc of the whole project in one sequence: untouched bush, then the first survey lines, then the earth moving, then our own young people making the city’s own blocks on machines we designed — and finally a finished city, and a graduate who leaves with a machine and a livelihood. These frames are the storyboard for the Afrisovera film; each one becomes a moving shot.
The machines our trainees are built on
Every Afrisovera machine is also a curriculum — standardised, solar-hybrid, mobile, and manufacturable here so a graduate can service it, and even own one. These are the specific machines the school is built around; they are what you will see the trainees operating in the film.
