The Afrisovera Foundation
The Foundation is our social-impact arm — community projects that build alongside the cities: schools, clinics, training, clean water, support for the people doing the work. Members and partners can back a project with a donation or by volunteering.
Donations and pledges are recorded here and followed up by the Foundation team; actual payments are handled through our payment partners. Every project publishes what it has raised and what it has spent.
Planned separate entity (target: within 90 days of incorporation) — The Afrisovera Foundation is currently a programme of AFRISOVERA GLOBAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (Co. No. 17244459). We intend to incorporate it as a separate Community Interest Company (CIC) under the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004. Until incorporated, all Foundation activity is carried out by AGHL. See our Regulatory Status.
