The Afrisovera Foundation

The Foundation is the human pillar of the whole project. Its flagship is Afrisovera Builders — the training-to-employment pipeline that turns unemployed young people into the certified, permanent, skilled workforce that builds the city. Around it: Talent Kids scholarships and community projects — schools, clinics, clean water — that build alongside the city.

Afrisovera Builders

From idle to industrial. From unemployment to permanent skilled work. We train. We employ. We house. We promote. A young person joins with nothing and walks a five-stage ladder from their first day of paid training to a skilled career — and the city rises because they build it. It costs around $2,600 to train one youth into a certified builder; leaving that same youth idle can cost the world a hundred thousand dollars a year. The maths is the mission.

Talent Kids — Talent Unleashed

Builders raise the city; the Dream Labs raise its imagination. Beyond the trades, the Foundation gives gifted young people the one thing they are almost never given: the environment to create. Labs, studios, workshops, mentors and the freedom to pursue any dream — because if you can dream it, you can build it. Africans are not what the world programmed us to believe. Give these minds the tools and they will land on the moon, invent the technology that changes how the world thinks, and prove a continent’s genius — a breath of fresh air the whole planet feels.

🔬 Innovation & Invention Labs
Robotics, coding, electronics, renewable-energy and biotech benches — where a curious child becomes an inventor with real tools in real hands.
🎨 Creative Studios
Art, music, film, animation, fashion and design — because creativity is a discipline, and African stories deserve world-class craft.
🚀 The Moonshot Programme
Mentorship, seed funding and lab time for the boldest young ideas — the audacious bets that prove nothing here is impossible.
🏆 Talent Scholarships
Full support for gifted children regardless of means — talent is everywhere; opportunity should be too.

“If you can dream it, you can achieve it.”

Members and partners can also back a Foundation community project with a donation or by volunteering.
Donations and pledges are recorded here and followed up by the Foundation team; actual payments are handled through our payment partners. Every project publishes what it has raised and what it has spent.

Planned separate entity (target: within 90 days of incorporation) — The Afrisovera Foundation is currently a programme of AFRISOVERA GLOBAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (Co. No. 17244459). We intend to incorporate it as a separate Community Interest Company (CIC) under the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004. Until incorporated, all Foundation activity is carried out by AGHL. See our Regulatory Status.
